User Accounts and Registration

While browsing our domain collection does not require registration, certain services may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your contact information remains current

Domain Purchase Terms

Purchase Process

When you purchase a domain through Punchname:

• All sales are final once payment is processed
• Domain ownership transfers upon successful payment and completion of transfer process
• You must provide accurate registrar and contact information for the transfer
• Transfer times may vary depending on your registrar's processing speed

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and include any applicable taxes. We accept payments through:

• Stripe for standard credit card payments
• Escrow.com for high-value transactions (additional fees apply)

Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.

Domain Transfer Process

Upon successful payment:

1. We will initiate the domain transfer process within 24 hours
2. You will receive transfer instructions and authorization codes
3. You must accept the transfer at your registrar
4. Transfer completion typically takes 5-7 business days

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of domain transfers, all sales are final. However, we may provide refunds in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing domain transfer completion
• Misrepresentation of domain status or ownership
• Failure to deliver the domain within 30 days of purchase

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Seller Terms

If you list domains for sale through our "Sell With Us" service:

• You must be the legitimate owner of the domain
• You warrant that the domain is free from legal disputes
• You agree to our commission structure as communicated during listing
• You must provide accurate domain and contact information
• You agree to complete transfers promptly upon sale

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Punchname and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Custom logos provided with domain purchases become your property upon completion of the transaction.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

Disclaimer of Warranties

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

• Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents
• Does not warrant that the website will be constantly available or available at all

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Punchname, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Punchname and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Punchname operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Severability
